The staff were very friendly and helpful, always availible to help us with transport, food, or anything else we needed! Would reccomend staying here, its very close to the main points of interests for travellers in Giza!

The staff we very helpful and friendly. Room was fanastic size and the rooftop view of building D is a must.

Cleanliness ok...just needs a bit of a proper scrub down to make it feel semi fresh again.

The beds were great, and the breakfast buffet was large and inviting! The staff were most impressive and super helpful!

There wasn't a room service menu for the rooms. And the buffet for lunch and dinner wasn't available at all in my week stay there.

Great service & location!

The staff were very eager to please and super helpful! The pool was lovely! Rooms were super spacious and chocked full of amenities! Great location!

The room service menus should be made available in the room versus via the Ipad operated by a staff member. Also having descriptions for the dishes in their menus. And being sure to have information book provided in room match what is actually delivered, ie at the time there were no buffet dinners or lunches - only per order; not according to site or in info book.

Clean, helpful staff.no view to pyramids except from 1 building and specific height!

The room was clean, the staff was helpful and caring. No women were seen working at the property. The chef who makes eggs for breakfast talked nonsense to us, and when we refuse to reply; he kept mumbling nonsense to himself.

The food wasn't up to expectations, there was no view as it showed on the booking website that we can have food and see the pyramids but this is a LIE, there wasn't enough lighting in the room. We. There was just one guy at the reception and all staff was male, it had no women working. Also the scanner they used was really old and really slow to do a single action.

Just spend the extra money and go to a better hotel.

There were a lot of growing plants and birds around the pool.

First of all, the only food available onsite is poison garbage that they charge an a and a leg for. I spent most of my stay sick from it. Secondly, there are no women employed there so if you are a solo western woman you can expect 30 or so middle eastern men staring at you constantly and making it really uncomfortable to use the pool. The salon does not exist, they won’t help you order delivery from anywhere other than McDonald’s and KFC, and the room service is often not available during the hours posted. Also, it’s not close enough to the pyramids to have any real view of them and they won’t let you in the roof. If I could do it again I would have spent a little more and stayed somewhere with actual amenities.

Great locatikn for pyramids with pool to cool off after!

Very good location to visit pyramids. Very nice pool. Staff was kind.

Internet was down when we arrived - but was fixed next day, and we got compensated with free breakfast, so all good overall.
